Polymeric Dispersing Agent Water-based paint bottle paint, wood paint furniture paint
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka6272 is a polymer dispersant used in water-based coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It is a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates, primarily targeting organic pigments and carbon black, providing excellent viscosity reduction and color development.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Storage or transport at temperatures below 15℃ may cause separation or cloudiness. Heat to 40℃ and stir before use. Recommended storage time is not more than 12 months.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Suitable for water-based inks, coatings, and general aqueous color pastes.
Characteristics and Advantages:
The additive stabilizes pigments through steric hindrance, preventing flocculation. Due to the small particle size of deflocculated pigments, high gloss and increased color intensity are achieved. Transparency of transparent pigments and coverage of opaque pigments are enhanced. Improved flow properties and increased pigment content result from reduced viscosity.
The additive is particularly suitable for producing stable resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content of 30-70%. These concentrates can be used for standard water-based base paint formulations.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive levels (as purchased) based on pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2—10%
Organic pigments: 10%—80%
Carbon black: 10%—100%
The above data are empirical levels; the optimal levels need to be determined through a series of experiments.
