DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 7361 is a polyacrylate-based leveling additive for solvent-borne, solvent-free, water-borne coating and printing inks. Anjeka 7361 improves leveling and prevents craters.

APPLICATION
Liquid Coatings
Anjeka 7361 serves as an anti-cratering and leveling additive in solvent-borne, solvent-free, water-borne coatings, and printing inks. It enhances gloss, imparting a prolonged wave effect to the coatings. While causing only a minimal reduction in surface tension, it has no adverse effects on recoatability and intercoat adhesion. Anjeka 7361 ensures clarity in clear coatings and avoids haziness in pigmented systems.
Printing Inks and Overprint Varnishes
Anjeka 7361 enhances leveling and boosts gloss in all solvent-free and aqueous UV-reactive printing inks and overprint varnishes. With only a slight reduction in surface tension, it preserves the overprinting capability without any negative impact.
Recommended Use
The additive is recommended for solvent-borne, solvent-free, water-borne coating and printing inks.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
0.05%-0.5% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation.
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of tests.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive can be incorporated during any stage of the production process, including post-addition.
