DESCRIPTION

Anjeka-6071 is a polymeric wetting and dispersing additive specifically developed for aqueous coating systems, printing inks, and adhesive formulations. It acts as a standard additive for the production of resin-free pigment concentrates, demonstrating excellent compatibility with both inorganic and organic pigments. As a versatile, all-purpose polymeric dispersant, it caters to a wide range of application needs in aqueous systems.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Separation and turbidity may occur at temperature below 0℃. Heat to 20 ℃ and mix well before use.

Properties and Advantages.
This additive causes pigment deflocculation by spatial stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, a high gloss can be achieved, as well as an increase in color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased.
The additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with pigment contents of 30-60%. These pigment concentrates can be used for paint mixing with standard aqueous bases such as acrylic dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins as well as acrylic emulsions.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Grinding can be carried out in water and co-solvent. Mix the additive with water and only add the pigments after the additive has been homogeneously and uniformly distributed.
