ANJEKA-6110A is a block copolymer dispersant based on CPT technology, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and wide compatibility with various systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Store in a cool and dry place. Thoroughly mix before use, as separation or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and mix well. Storage for more than 12 months is not recommended.

Features and Advantages:
This additive facilitates pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance. The tiny particle size of the deflocculated pigments allows for high gloss and enhanced color intensity. Additionally, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. The reduced viscosity enhances flow characteristics, enabling higher pigment loading.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
The following dosages are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment content:
| Inorganic Pigments: | 5 - 10% |
| Titanium Dioxide: | 1 - 3% |
| Organic Pigments: | 10 - 35% |
| Carbon Black: | 15 - 75% |
These are empirical values; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For optimal performance, incorporate before the pigment is added during the grinding stage.
