GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
ANJEKA-6220 is a polymeric dispersant suitable for water-based coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. It serves as a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates, specifically designed for the grinding of inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting agents, and calcium carbonate. It exhibits excellent viscosity reduction properties.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT:
Storage or transportation at temperatures below 0℃ may result in stratification or turbidity. It is recommended to heat and stir before use. Storage for more than 12 months is not advisable.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
Well-suited for water-based inks, coatings, and general pigment dispersions, the additive achieves pigment deflocculation through steric stabilization. This leads to a reduced particle size, providing a high gloss and enhanced color strength. Moreover, it enhances transparency in transparent pigments and hiding power in opaque pigments. The reduced viscosity improves flow characteristics and allows for increased pigment loading. Particularly suitable for the production of stable resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content ranging from 30% to 70%. These concentrated pigment dispersions are applicable for tinting standard water-based bases.
