GUIDANCE ON APPLICATION
Features and Benefits:introducing this additive, it achieves a moderate reduction in the surface tension of coating systems, thereby elevating surface slipperiness and refining both leveling and gloss. The organic silicone additive plays a crucial role in averting the formation of Benard vortices. Concurrently, it enhances the wetting characteristics of substrates, contributing to effective anti-adhesion properties.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Possible cloudiness may occur at temperatures below 5℃; heat to 20℃ and thoroughly mix. Store in a cool, dry place. Storage for more than 12 months is not recommended.
SPECIAL NOTES
Prior to extensive use, a series of experiments should be conducted to confirm the stability of these additives. Additionally, it is essential to evaluate recoatability and the tendency for shrinkage.
APPLICATION SECTORS
ANJEKA-7331A is suitable for all solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based coatings. In two-component polyurethane systems, it can be added to the isocyanate curing agent.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive usage: 0.025-0.2% (as supplied) based on the total formulation.
The above data represent empirical amounts; the optimal quantity should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Can be added at any stage of the production process, either during or after. To facilitate incorporation of ANJEKA-7331A, it can be pre-diluted with a suitable solvent.
