Anjeka 6190A is a polymer dispersant additives used as a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrate pastes. It is suitable for water-based coating systems, printing inks, and adhesives. Primarily designed for the grinding of inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting agents, calcium carbonate, etc., it exhibits excellent anti-thickening properties and exceptional alkali resistance.

Storage and Transport:
Storage or transportation at temperatures below 0℃ may result in layering or cloudiness. Heat to 20℃ and stir before use. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Water-based inks, coatings, water-based universal color pastes.
 
Features and Benefits:
This additive stabilizes pigment flocculation through steric hindrance, resulting in fine pigment particle size, achieving high gloss, and enhancing color intensity. Additionally, transparency of transparent pigments and covering power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to reduced viscosity, flow properties are enhanced, and pigment content can be increased.
 
This additive is particularly suitable for producing stable resin-free pigment concentrates with pigment contents ranging from 30-70%. These concentrate pastes can be used for tinting standard water-based bases.
