General Description:
Anjeka-6500A is a copolymer solution containing acidic functional groups. It serves as a dispersant for solvent-based medium/high polarity resin system coatings and inks, suitable for the dispersion of titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments.

Storage and Transport:
Before use, thoroughly stir the solution, as layering or oiliness may occur at temperatures below 15℃. Heat to 30℃–40℃ and stir evenly. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
Special Notes:
Due to the high acid value of the product, it may catalyze the crosslinking of baking paint systems. Check for viscosity increase during the coating system storage process.

Small particle size of dispersed pigments prevents floating and flocculation in multi-pigment systems, enhancing gloss, color intensity, transparency, and coverage.
The additive reduces viscosity, improving flow and allowing for increased pigment loading.
Significant reduction in overspray during electrostatic high-speed rotational coating with inorganic pigments.
Application Sectors:
Recommended for use in solvent-based and non-solvent coatings, as well as printing inks, to stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. Due to its anionic nature, this additive is an ideal choice for acid-catalyzed systems (such as coil coatings).
Recommended Levels:
Additive levels (as purchased) based on pigment:
Titanium Dioxide: 2%—4%
Inorganic Pigments: 5%—10%
These are empirical levels; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions:
For optimal performance, add the additive to the grinding media before introducing pigments.
