Storage and Transport: Before use, thoroughly stir; layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 30℃—40℃ and stir evenly.

 

Application Guidelines: For the coatings industry and printing inks.

Enhances gloss, vivid color, anti-flocculation performance of organic pigments.

Reduces misting caused by uneven dispersion.

Particularly effective in improving the blackness of coatings, especially in high-surface carbon black dispersion.

Aids in reducing grinding time, improving production efficiency, and increasing the storage stability of coatings.

Application Sectors: Recommended for use in dispersing pigments in low-polarity solvent coatings and printing inks. Stabilizes organic pigments, especially carbon black. Compatible with various resins used in coatings, such as polyester resin, polyurethane resin, and acrylic resin systems.

Recommended Levels: Additive levels (based on pigment):

 

Organic pigments: 10%—50%
Titanium dioxide or inorganic fillers: 0.5%—2%
Inorganic pigments: 4%—8%
Carbon black: 10%—30%
High-surface carbon black: 40%—80%

 

Note: The above data are recommended levels based on experience; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions: For optimal performance, add the additive to the grinding media first, then add the pigment.
