ANJEKA-7331 is an organosilicone surface additive that moderately lowers surface tension while providing a balanced improvement in slip and flow. It is compatible with a wide range of coating technologies.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Chemical Composition: Polyether‑modified polydimethylsiloxane.

Appearance: Clear to pale yellow transparent liquid
Density (23 °C): 0.90–1.10 g/cm³
Viscosity (25 °C): 500–5000 cps

PERFORMANCE BENEFITS
Moderately reduces surface tension, improving substrate wetting and leveling.
Enhances surface slip and final gloss.
Prevents Bernard‑cell (Bénard‑cell) formation.
Imparts mild anti‑adhesive properties.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in a cool, dry place. If haze appears below 5 °C, warm to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Recommended shelf life is 12 months.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Prior to full‑scale use, conduct formulation‑specific tests to confirm that the additive does not stabilize foam, and evaluate its effect on recoatability and shrinkage tendency.
RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
Suitable for solvent‑borne, solvent‑free, and water‑borne coatings. In two‑component polyurethane systems, it may be incorporated into the isocyanate component.
DOSAGE GUIDANCE
0.025–0.2 % (as supplied, on total formulation weight).
Note: The given range is a starting point; optimum dosage should be determined through practical testing.
INCORPORATION
May be added at any production stage, including post‑grind. For easier handling, pre‑dilute the additive with a compatible solvent before incorporation.
