GENERAL DESCRIPTIONAnjeka-3030A is an adhesion-promoting additive tailored for stoving (baking) paints. It is highly effective at strengthening the bond of coating films to aluminum, aluminum alloys, and other non-ferrous metal substrates.PRODUCT DATAChemical composition: Silicone-free acidic polymeric solutionTypical Physical and Chemical Properties:

  • Appearance: Clear to slightly yellow transparent fluid
  • Density (g/cm³ at 23°C): 0.99–1.05
  • Active content (%): 80
  • Solvent: Isopropanol
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTStore in a dry, well-ventilated area with containers securely sealed and protected from heat sources and open flames. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. Recommended storage temperature: 0°C to 40°C. Shelf life should not exceed 12 months.SPECIAL NOTESPerform compatibility testing with the coating formulation prior to full-scale application.APPLICATION GUIDELINESCharacteristics and advantages:
  1. Markedly improves coating adhesion on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc, and similar surfaces.
  2. Enhances film flexibility, elongation, and impact resistance.
  3. Supports cross-linking and curing in resin systems.
  4. Exhibits no discoloration during high-temperature rapid baking.
  5. Provides excellent compatibility with nearly all paint systems.
  6. Does not impair storage stability or weather resistance of the cured coating.
APPLICATION SECTORSAnjeka-3030A is suitable for solvent-based and water-based coating systems, including amino-alkyd baking paints, amino-acrylic baking paints, polyester coil primers, and related formulations.RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVELSAddition level: 1.5–2% (w/w) based on total formulation weight.
(The values provided are based on experience; optimal levels must be established through laboratory gradient experiments.)INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONSMay be incorporated during or after the production process.
For aqueous baking systems, pre-neutralize with a 10–20% aqueous solution of dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) prior to addition.PACKAGING
