Anjeka-7425A is a modified alkynyl glycol siloxane wetting agent designed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It significantly lowers surface tension, enhances substrate wetting, and prevents defects such as shrinkage while delivering outstanding defoaming and foam-suppressing performance.

STORAGE & HANDLING
If stored below 5°C, separation or haze may occur. Warm to 20°C and mix well before use.
Recommended maximum storage period: 12 months.
KEY NOTES
Stable in coating systems with pH 4–10 over extended periods. To maintain clarity, formulations containing Anjeka-7425A should include a small proportion of co-solvent (approx. 5% of total solvent). In systems with high co-solvent content, silicone surfactant efficiency may decrease; for such formulations, Anjeka-7333 is recommended.

Industrial Coatings
Properties & Advantages:
This additive effectively reduces both static and dynamic surface tension, exhibits high compatibility and ease of incorporation, improves substrate wetting, and provides excellent foam control. It does not increase surface slip. If enhanced slip is desired, Anjeka-7333 is suggested as a supplement.
SUITABLE APPLICATIONS
Recommended for all water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes when formulated with a minor amount of co-solvent.
DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
0.05–0.5% of the total formulation (as supplied).
These ranges are based on empirical data; optimal dosage should be verified through testing.
INCORPORATION & PROCESSING
Can be introduced at any stage of production; however, addition during the final phase of coating manufacturing is advised for best results.
