GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7422 is a high-performance silicone-based surfactant specifically engineered for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It delivers a powerful reduction in both static and dynamic surface tension, enabling exceptional substrate wetting and markedly improving coating spreadability and defect resistance.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Separation and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5℃. Warming to 20℃ and mix well before use.Storage is not recommended for more than 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Anjeka 7422 is stable in coating system of pH 4-10. In order to avoid turbidity, the additive requires a small amount of co-solvent in the formulation (approx. 5% of the total solvent content). The effective of Anjeka 7412 is reduced in systems with high co-solvent amounts. In this case, we recommend Anjeka 7333.

Industrial Coatings
Properties and Benefits:
This additive enhances leveling and substrate wetting by significantly lowering the surface tension of aqueous systems. It minimally affects foam stabilization or has no effect at all, preserves recoatability, and exhibits excellent wetting properties for white carbon blacks. There is no increase in surface slip, but for enhanced slip, the use of Anjeka 7333 is suggested.
Usages and Application Areas:
This additive is recommended for incorporation into all aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes, and it necessitates the addition of a small quantity of co-solvent.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-0.5% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
The additive can be incorporated during any stage of the production process. We recommend that the additive is added in the final production stage of coating.
