GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7423 is a highly effective polyether-modified silicone surfactant for aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes (OPV). It provides a powerful reduction in surface tension, dramatically improving substrate wetting. Compared to Anjeka-7422, Anjeka-7423 offers significantly enhanced stability across a broader pH range of 3 to 12.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Low-Temperature Note: Separation or turbidity may occur below 5°C. Warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly before use.
Shelf Life: 12 months (recommended maximum).
SPECIAL NOTES
pH Stability: Demonstrates long-term stability in systems with a pH of 4–10.
Formulation Guidance: To prevent haze, formulations containing Anjeka-7423 should include a small amount of co-solvent (approximately 5% of total solvent).
Performance Note & Alternative: In systems with very high co-solvent content, its effectiveness may decrease. For such formulations, Anjeka-7333 is the recommended alternative.

All aqueous coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes, provided a minor amount of co-solvent (approx. 5%) is included in the formulation.
Recommended Dosage
0.05% – 0.5% on total formulation weight (as supplied).
Note: This is a typical starting range. Optimal dosage should be determined through application-specific testing.
Incorporation & Processing
While it can be added at any production stage, adding it during the final phase of coating manufacture is recommended for optimal results.
