GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-7425B is an alkynyl glycol modified siloxane wetting agent for aqueous coatings, printing inks and overprint varnish, which can very strongly reduce surface tension and significantly improve the wetting properties of the substrate, and effectively prevent shrinkage with excellent defoaming and foam inhibition effects.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly.
Storage is not recommended for more than 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Long-term stability in coating systems with a pH of 4-10. In order to avoid turbidity, a small amount of co-solvent (approx. 5% of the total solvent) is required in the formulation with Anjeka-7425B. In systems with high co-solvent content, the effectiveness of the silicone surfactant is reduced and Anjeka-7333 is recommended for this type of formulation.

The additive effectively reduces static surface tension and dynamic surface tension, has high compatibility, is easy to mix, improves substrate wetting properties, and has excellent foam inhibition and defoaming functions. The additive does not increase the surface slip. If higher surface slip is required, it is recommended to add Anjeka-7333.

This additive is recommended for all aqueous coatings, printing inks and overprint varnishes with the addition of a small amount of co-solvent.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-0.5% of additives (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above figures are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.

This additive can be added at any stage of production, but we recommend adding it at the final stage of coating production.
