GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6860A is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne and solvent-free coatings and printing inks. It stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, and significantly reduces the viscosity of mill bases.

STORAGE & TRANSPORT
The recommended maximum shelf life is 12 months.
Store in tightly sealed containers. Do not store after pre-dilution.

This product should be stored in airtight containers and must not be stored once pre-diluted.

Anjeka-6860A is primarily designed for high-solids and solvent-free coating systems. Due to its anionic nature, it is particularly well-suited for acid-catalyzed systems (e.g., coil coatings). It effectively stabilizes inorganic pigments, notably titanium dioxide, resulting in increased gloss, reduced haze, and a significant decrease in mill base viscosity.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Dosage (as supplied) based on pigment weight:
Inorganic Pigments: 2% – 5%
Titanium Dioxide: 1% – 3%
Note: These are empirical starting points. The optimum dosage must be determined through practical testing.
INCORPORATION & PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, incorporate the additive into the mill base before adding the pigments.
