Anjeka-6910A is a wetting and dispersing agent designed for unsaturated polyester and epoxy systems. It effectively stabilizes inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide, significantly reducing the viscosity of the mix and enhancing its flow characteristics.
Chemical Composition: Copolymer mixture with acidic groups, solvent-free.
The data provided on this sheet represents typical values and not the technical specifications of the product.
| Appearance: | Brownish-yellow fluid |
| Acid Value (mgKOH/g): | 140—240 |
| Density (g/cm³ at 23℃): | 1.12-1.22 |
| Viscosity (cps at 25℃): | 200-500 |
| Non-volatile content %: | 98 |
Layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 10℃, and heating to 30℃-40℃ can restore uniformity. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.
It is recommended to incorporate this agent into both solvent-based and solvent-free systems, stabilizing inorganic pigments, particularly titanium dioxide. It effectively reduces system viscosity, enhancing flow performance.
Additive levels (w/w) based on inorganic fillers or pigments: 0.5%—1%. The provided data represents empirical levels; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
For optimal performance, add the dispersing agent to the resin after thorough mixing, then introduce fillers or pigments.
