GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 5063 is a defoaming agent specifically created for water-based coatings. Possessing remarkable capabilities in preventing foam formation, it is suitable for incorporation into formulations of both transparent and pigmented paints. This defoamer demonstrates compatibility with various systems, including pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, PU dispersions, epoxy emulsions, water-soluble resins, and other water-dilutable systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Potential stratification may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use.
Recommended storage time is not exceeding 12 months.

The full effectiveness of the defoamer is achieved 24 hours after incorporation into the system.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.05-1.0% additive level (as purchased) based on the total formulation.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, it is recommended to add the defoamer before grinding or stirring. Post-addition is also acceptable but must be followed by thorough mixing.
