GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 

Anjeka 5063 is a defoamer designed for water-based coatings. With excellent antifoaming properties, it can be utilized in clear and pigmented paint formulations. It exhibits compatibility with pure acrylic emulsion systems, styrene-acrylic emulsion systems, PU dispersions, epoxy emulsions, water-soluble resins, and other water-dilutable systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

 

Potential stratification may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use.

Recommended storage time is not exceeding 12 months.

The full effectiveness of the defoamer is achieved 24 hours after incorporation into the system.

Industrial Coatings

 

Features and Advantages:

Anjeka 5063, suitable for water-based systems, offers excellent defoaming properties, effectively addressing the risk of pinholes. It can be added post-formulation.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

0.05-1.0% additive level (as purchased) based on the total formulation.

The above data are empirical levels; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.

 

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

For optimal performance, it is recommended to add the defoamer before grinding or stirring. Post-addition is also acceptable but must be followed by thorough mixing.
