DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 5680A is a solvent antifoaming and defoaming agent suitable for high solids, high film thickness epoxy floor coatings and screen inks, UV light curing coating ink.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Separation and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 ℃. Warm to 20 ℃ and mix well before use.

The full effect of defomer will be obtained after 24 hours.

Anjeka 5680A stands out as an outstanding antifoaming and defoaming agent. It effectively inhibits and eliminates bubbles generated in the production and construction of high-solids and solvent-free epoxy floor coatings. With its notably high viscosity and thickness, especially in solvent-free epoxy floor coatings with elevated film thickness, it demonstrates effective bubble suppression.
RECOMMENDED USE
Epoxy floor coating, screen ink, UV ink.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
0.01%-1.0% additive (as supplied) based upon total formulation.The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
To achieve optimal defoaming property, the defoamer should be added to the millbase. If it is incorporated at a later time, sufficient shear forces must be ensured in order to achieve good defoamer distribution and to prevent crater.
