GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Anjeka-5052 is a defoamer designed for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free systems, free from organic silicon.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Possible stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Due to its strong incompatibility, an assessment must be made in non-polar systems regarding its impact on the transparency of clear lacquer systems and the occurrence of craters.

Anjeka5052 exhibits strong defoaming performance without adversely affecting intercoat adhesion during recoating.
Anjeka5052, with higher incompatibility compared to Anjeka5051, is commonly used as a standard defoamer in many solvent-based coatings. It demonstrates superior defoaming, especially in non-polar systems.

APPLICATION SECTORS:
Recommended for industrial coatings, automotive coatings, architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings.
Applicable to protective coatings and coil/can coatings.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
0.1-1.0% additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The above values are empirical; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For optimal performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before milling. If added at a later stage, sufficient shear force is necessary to ensure good dispersion and prevent cratering.
