APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-6881 is suitable for solvent-based, water-based, and UV-cured inkjet inks, stabilizing the pigments commonly used in inkjet inks. It provides excellent dispersion stability for ground pigment pastes. Anjeka-6881 improves the wetting process of pigments, effectively reduces the viscosity of grinding pastes, and eliminates thixotropy, achieving long-term storage stability without viscosity changes. Due to its excellent deflocculation effect on pigments, the particle size of the ink pigments is very small with a narrow particle size distribution, thus shortening the filtration time during ink preparation. Anjeka-6881 also provides excellent steric stabilization for pigments, improving the appearance properties of the coating (color strength, gloss, haze, and transparency).
APPLICATION SECTORS
Solvent-based, water-based, and UV-cured inkjet inks.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Recommended levels (based on pigment):
Organic Pigments: 20%-60%
Carbon Black: 30%-100%
The above data are empirical usage levels; the optimal level should be determined through a series of experiments.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, the additive should be added to the grinding materials first, followed by the pigments.
