Application Guidelines
Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
This additive deflocculates pigments through steric hindrance. Due to the fine particle size of
deflocculated pigments, it enables high gloss and improved color strength. Additionally, it
enhances the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments. The
reduced viscosity leads to improved flow properties and allows for higher pigment loading in the
colorant concentrates.
Application Sectors
Anjeka-6612 is recommended for water-based disperse dye inkjet ink systems. It is also suitable
for the production of stable resin-free pigment concentrates, which can be used to formulatewater-based coatings without flooding or floating.
Recommended Levels
The following dosage is based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment:
Disperse Dyes: 30%–50%
These are general guidelines. The optimal dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
Incorporation and Processing Instructions
For best performance, add before the grinding phase, prior to the introduction of pigments.
