PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Anjeka-4330A is a high‑flash‑point polyethylene anti‑settling wax paste designed for non‑hazardous coating and ink systems. It is supplied as a ready‑to‑use dispersed wax slurry that integrates easily into high‑speed dispersion processes.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store in sealed containers in a cool, well‑ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources. Avoid direct heat radiation. Recommended storage temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C (allow to equilibrate to 25 °C before use; the paste softens to a waxy consistency at 0 °C). Shelf life should not exceed 12 months.

Compatibility with the intended coating system should be verified prior to full‑scale use.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Supplied as a flowable slurry, easy to handle and disperse using standard high‑speed equipment.

Delivers excellent anti‑settling performance with minimal impact on system viscosity.

Maintains viscosity stability; any slight settling is easily redispersed without hard packing.

No activation required; performance is independent of dispersion temperature, solvent polarity, or resin type.

Does not significantly affect gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, or drying speed of the final film.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS
Suitable for alkyd/amino‑bake, acrylic/amino‑bake, aluminum‑rich, epoxy, vinyl, and polyurethane coatings, as well as solvent‑borne inks. Especially effective for non‑grindable effect pigments such as aluminum paste, pearlescent powders, matting agents, and fluorescent pigments. In aluminum‑containing systems, it also promotes flake orientation and enhances metallic brilliance.

DOSAGE GUIDANCE
1.0–5.0 % on total formulation weight. Can be added at any stage without grinding, but must be thoroughly stirred into the system.
Note: The indicated range is a starting point; optimum dosage should be confirmed through application‑specific testing.

INCORPORATION INSTRUCTIONS
For best results, first blend Anjeka-4330A into the resin under high‑speed agitation. Once uniformly dispersed, other components (e.g., aluminum paste, solvents) may be incorporated under low‑ to moderate‑shear mixing.
