Anjeka-6270A is a non-ionic dispersant for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives. It is a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates. It is suitable for a wide range of pigments.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
When stored or transported at temperatures below 0°C, delamination or turbidity may occur. Heat to 20°C and stir before use.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Water-based inks, coatings, water-based general-purpose color pastes.
Properties and advantages.
This additive causes pigment deflocculation through spatial stabilization. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, it is possible to obtain a high gloss, as well as an increase in color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content can be increased.
This additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content of 30-60%. These pigment concentrates can be used for paint mixing with standard aqueous bases.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additive (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Organic pigments: 10%-30
Carbon black: 10%-50
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
Grinding can only be done in water (without resin, amine and co-solvent). Mix the additives with water and add the pigments only after the additives are well dispersed.
