GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ANJEKA-4410 serves as a liquid rheology modifier designed for medium-polarity and solvent-free coating formulations, as well as ambient-curing resin systems. It imparts strong thixotropic behavior, significantly enhancing anti-sagging and anti-settling performance. The product can be incorporated during initial mixing or added later in the process.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
The product is sensitive to temperature and should be stored in dry conditions. Minor cloudiness or turbidity may develop during storage without impacting its rheological performance. Recommended maximum storage duration is 12 months.

Features and Benefits:
Incorporated under stirring into the coating formulation, the additive creates a three-dimensional network that delivers ideal thixotropic flow. This effectively prevents pigment settling and sagging while maintaining good leveling properties.
SPECIAL NOTES
When combined with drying agents, potential discoloration may arise, likely from metal complex formation—rheological performance should be verified in such cases. At typical dosages, no adverse yellowing effects occur under standard conditions; however, in systems prone to yellowing or at elevated additive levels, testing is advised. For reactive or catalytic systems containing cellulose nitrate, evaluate long-term storage stability.
PVC RESINS
Properties and Benefits
This liquid additive enhances thixotropy in various PVC resin applications, supporting quicker plastisol processing, better anti-settling, and reduced sagging. ANJEKA-4410 helps minimize color migration in pigmented systems, stabilizes coating thickness during baking, and improves foam stability in mechanically foamed PVC mixtures.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.2%-0.5% additive (as supplied) based on PVC resin for anti-settling and color float prevention.
0.5%-1% additive (as supplied) based on PVC resin for anti-sagging control.
These are guideline values based on experience; optimal dosage should be confirmed through lab testing.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Add the product under medium shear conditions to achieve uniform dispersion and rapid incorporation. No special temperature adjustments are needed. It can be introduced during the grinding/dispersion phase or as a post-addition for viscosity adjustment. In compatible systems, a notable rheological buildup occurs over time, influenced by polarity—effects are typically assessable 2-4 hours post-mixing. Best suited for medium-polarity formulations.
