Storage and Transport
Separation or cloudiness may occur below 0°C. Heat to 20°C and mix thoroughly. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.
Special Notes
Surface treatments on certain organic pigments may adversely affect the efficacy of this wetting and dispersing agent. In such cases, try using untreated pigments of the same type. When used in coil coatings, consider the interaction between this cationic additive and acid catalysts. Free acids or epoxy-capped acids are more suitable than amine-capped acids.
Application Guidelines
Industrial Coatings
Features and Benefits:
With its balanced polarity and 50% active content, Anjeka-6240 delivers outstanding pigment dispersion stability in solvent-free, solvent-based, and waterborne UV-curable systems, particularly for organic pigments and carbon black. During dispersion, Anjeka-6240 exhibits exceptional and effective viscosity reduction while eliminating thixotropic flow behavior. Long-term storage stability of coating systems using Anjeka-6240 is also significantly enhanced. The highly deflocculating properties of this wetting and dispersing agent make it suitable for coating systems requiring superior appearance. It notably improves color strength and transparency, enhances gloss, and reduces haze.
