Anjeka-6061 is a polymeric dispersant containing a mide groups. It is designed primarily for dispersing inorganic pigments, organic pigments, and carbon blacks in solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, as well as printing inks. The additive exhibits particular efficacy in heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating formulations.

The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:

• Inorganic pigments: 1%-2%
• Titanium dioxide: 0.5%-1%
• Organic pigments: 1%-5%
• Carbon black: 30%-60

The above data are empirical, the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.

In order to obtain the best performance, the additives should be added to the abrasives first, and then the pigments.
