Features and Advantages:
Anjeka4560 improves the orientation of effect pigments, reduces cloud-like color differences and spotting, significantly enhances the rheological performance and brightness of effect pigment pastes without solvents. Compared to polyurethane and acrylic thickeners, this product has a minimal impact on viscosity in coating systems. It exhibits excellent thixotropic and anti-settling properties during both storage and application.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for use in water-based automotive coatings and water-based industrial coatings.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation: 1-5%. The provided data are based on practical experience, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
Directly incorporate into the system without the addition of solvents or polymers; the presence of amines aids in the dispersion of Anjeka4560.
Water: Anjeka4560 = 4:1. Prepare a pre-gel that can be added at any stage.
