DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 4410 is a liquid rheological additive designed for use in medium-polarity and solvent-free coatings, along with room temperature curing resin systems. This additive enhances thixotropic fluidity significantly, aiming to improve resistance against sagging and settling. Notably, the additive is applicable for later inclusion in the formulation.

STOREGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Temperature sensitive. Store in dry condition. Slight turbidity of the material that occurs during the storage has no influence on the rheological effectiveness.
USAGE
Once incorporated into the coating system through stirring, the additive forms a three-dimensional network structure. The resulting thixotropic flow feature is particularly effective in preventing particle sedimentation and enhancing anti-sagging properties without compromising the leveling characteristics.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
0.2-1% additive (as supplied) based upon the total formulation to prevent settling;
0.5-2% to prevent sagging, depending on the polarity and solids in the formulation.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive should be added whilst stirring and distributed homogeneously. It is not necessary to control the temperature. The additive is also suitable for adjusting the viscosity afterwards by incorporating it as a post-additive.
