Anjeka4620 liquid rheological additive applicable to more systems anti-sagging and anti-settling
DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 4620 is a liquid rheological additive suitable for solvent-borne and solvent-free coating. The additive produces highly thixotropic fluidity to improve sag resistance and settling resistance. The additive can be added later.

STOREGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Temperature sensitive. Store in dry condition. Slight turbidity of the material that occurs during the storage has no influence on the rheological effectiveness.
APPLICATION
ANJEKA-4620 can be used alone or in combination with inexpensive hydrophilic fumed silica and bentonite to obtain a higher coating thickness. After being stirred into the coating system, the additive generates a three-dimensional network structure. The resulting thixotropic flow characteristic is highly suited for preventing the sedimentation of particals and increasing the anti-sagging properties without impairing leveling.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION LEVEL
0.2-1% additive (as supplied) based upon the total formulation to prevent settling.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive should be added whilst stirring and distributed homogeneously. It is not necessary to control the temperature. The additive is also suitable for adjusting the viscosity afterwards by incorporating it as a post-additive.
