GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Anjeka4360 is a dispersed polyethylene wax paste anti-settling agent that effectively provides pigment anti-settling performance.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT

Store in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tightly closed, away from heat and open flames. The storage temperature should be between 0 to 40℃ (the product is in a soft wax state at 0℃; please return it to 25℃ before use). Containers storing the product should not be directly exposed to heat radiation. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES

In case of drying, skinning, or lumping caused by inadequate sealing of the wax paste, remove the dried part to avoid dispersion difficulties.

Features and Advantages:

This anti-settling agent has a paste-like appearance, suitable for high-shear grinding and dispersion equipment, providing excellent pigment anti-settling effects. It prevents hard settling at the bottom of the container, with minimal impact on viscosity. It has no significant effects on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance, and drying speed of the coating film.

APPLICATION SECTORS

Recommended for use in alkyd/amino-baked paints, acrylic/amino-baked paints, epoxy resins, vinyl resins, polyurethane coatings, spray paints, and similar systems.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS

Add 0.5-5.0% of the total amount. The provided data are empirical values; the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS

Anjeka4360 must be added before grinding, dispersed with pigments, and the recommended dispersion operation temperature range is between 20-40℃.
