Industrial Coatings
Features and Advantages:
Anjeka 4561 enhances the orientation of effect pigments, reducing cloud-like color differences and spotting. It significantly improves the rheological performance and brightness of effect pigment pastes without solvents. Compared to polyurethane and acrylic thickeners, this product has a minimal impact on the viscosity of coating systems. It exhibits excellent thixotropic and anti-settling properties during both storage and application.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for use in water-based automotive coatings and water-based industrial coatings.
DOSAGE
Additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation: 1-5%. The provided data are based on practical experience, and the optimal dosage should be determined through a series of experiments.
ADDITION METHOD
Directly incorporate into the system without the addition of solvents or polymers; the presence of amines aids in the dispersion of Anjeka 4561.
Water: Anjeka 4561 = 4:1. Prepare a pre-mix that can be added at any stage.
