Oil Based Paint Additive DESCRIPTION:

ANJEKA-6110A is a block copolymer dispersant based on CPT technology, suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free systems. It exhibits excellent dispersibility and wide compatibility with various systems.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:

Store in a cool and dry place. Thoroughly mix before use, as separation or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and mix well. Storage for more than 12 months is not recommended.

Characteristics and Benefits:

This additive aids in pigment deflocculation by employing steric hindrance. The minute particle size achieved through deflocculation contributes to increased gloss and intensified color. Moreover, it enhances the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments. The following dosages are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment content:

Inorganic Pigments:	5 - 10%
Titanium Dioxide:	1 - 3%
Organic Pigments:	10 - 35%
Carbon Black:	15 - 75%

These are empirical values; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.

For optimal performance, incorporate before the pigment is added during the grinding stage.
