ANJEKA-3210 salt spray resistance additive
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-3210 can form ionic bond with ions of opposite polarity and strongly adsorb on the surface of metals, fibers, glass and minerals through electrostatic attraction, forming a dense molecular film structure and improving the hydrophobicity of the material surface to improve the salt spray resistance of the coating.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Please stir well before use, turbidity and delamination may occur when the temperature is lower than 5℃, the effectiveness of the product will not be affected if it is heated to room temperature and mixed well before use. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES
Insoluble in water, soluble in low carbon alcohols, mineral oils, aromatic hydrocarbon systems, in order to obtain better water solubility, need to be neutralized with acid.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Characteristics and advantages:
By forming a dense molecular film structure with different material surfaces, it changes hydrophilic surfaces into hydrophobic surfaces, thus effectively improving the salt spray resistance of the coating.
APPLICATION SECTORS
This additive is recommended for baking coating systems.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the full amount: 1-5%.
