GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Anjeka-5052 is a defoamer designed for use in both solvent-based and solvent-free systems, free from organic silicon.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Possible stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Store in a cool, dry place. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Due to its strong incompatibility, an assessment must be made in non-polar systems regarding its impact on the transparency of clear lacquer systems and the occurrence of craters.

Features and Advantages:
Anjeka5052 provides excellent defoaming capabilities without compromising intercoat adhesion during subsequent recoating processes.
Compared to Anjeka5051, Anjeka5052 has higher incompatibility, making it a preferred standard defoamer for many solvent-based coatings. It excels in defoaming performance, particularly in non-polar systems.

Application Sectors:
Anjeka5052 is highly recommended for use in industrial coatings, automotive coatings, architectural coatings, as well as wood and furniture coatings. It is also suitable for protective coatings and coil/can coatings.
Recommended Levels:
Use Anjeka5052 at additive levels of 0.1-1.0% of the total formulation (as supplied). These values are general guidelines; optimal levels should be identified through thorough experimental testing.
Processing Instructions:
For best results, incorporate the defoamer into the grinding material before milling. If added later in the process, ensure sufficient shear force is applied to achieve good dispersion and prevent cratering.
