GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-6220 is a polymer dispersant for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives. It is a standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrates. It is mainly used for the grinding of inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting powder, calcium powder, etc. It has good viscosity reduction properties.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Water-based inks, coatings, water-based general-purpose colour pastes.
Advantages.
This additive causes pigment deflocculation through spatial stabilisation. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, a high gloss can be achieved and the intensity of the colour can be improved. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow properties are improved and the pigment content is increased.
This additive is particularly suitable for the production of stable, resin-free pigment concentrates with a pigment content of 30-70%. These pigment concentrates can be used for paint mixing with standard aqueous bases.
Improved Fluidity: High filler content can effectively reduce viscosity, improving the flow properties of materials, which facilitates processing and molding, especially in injection molding and extrusion processes.
Enhanced Physical Properties: Fillers can enhance the rigidity and strength of materials, improving wear resistance, heat resistance, and other physical properties, making them suitable for demanding applications.
Cost Reduction: Using high filler content can reduce the amount of resin used, thereby lowering material costs while maintaining or improving product performance.
Improved Surface Quality: Appropriate amounts of fillers can enhance the surface smoothness and appearance of products, increasing the aesthetic quality of finished goods.
Environmental Performance: The use of high filler content helps to reduce the amount of polymer used, decreasing resource consumption and aligning with sustainable development goals.
Increased Thermal Stability: Certain high fillers can improve the thermal stability of materials, reducing performance loss in high-temperature environments.
Improved Processing Performance: Lower viscosity makes mixing, conveying, and coating processes smoother, reducing equipment wear and energy consumption.
Wide Adaptability: There are various types of high fillers available, allowing for selection based on different application requirements to meet specific performance needs.
These advantages make high fillers increasingly prevalent in the plastics, coatings, rubber, and other industries.

This additive is also recommended for the production of stable resin-free pigment concentrates for the preparation of waterborne coatings with no floating/blooming colours.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
The amount of additives (in purchased form) is based on the pigment:
Inorganic pigments: 2-10%
Organic pigments: 10%-80%
Carbon black: 10%-100%.
The above data are empirical, the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
