GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-5680A is an antifoaming and defoaming agent for high solids and high film thickness epoxy floor coatings, screen inks and UV light curing coatings.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Delamination may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use.

Storage is not recommended for more than 12 months.


SPECIAL NOTES
The full effect of defoamer can only be obtained 24 hours after it is put into the system.

Features and Benefits:

Anjeka-5680A is an excellent foam inhibitor and defoamer, it has good effect on the inhibition and elimination of air bubbles generated during the manufacture and construction of high solid and solvent-free epoxy floor coatings, it has good effect on the inhibition of air bubbles in high viscosity, high film thickness, especially solvent-free high film thickness epoxy floor coatings.


APPLICATION SECTORS

oil-based epoxy flooring (flat coating, self-leveling), oil-based adhesives (such as epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic resin systems), inks (screen printing, etc.), and solvent-free/solvent-based sealants.


RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.01 - 1.0%Additive dosage (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above figures are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series
of experiments.


NCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
The product added before grinding or mixing has the best foam inhibition effect. And it can also
be added after grinding, but it must be stirred evenly.
