GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka 5680A is a foam inhibitor and defoamer for high solids, high film thickness epoxy floor
coatings and screen inks and UV light curing coatings.

Chemical composition: polysiloxane compound containing hydrophobic particles.
The figures given on this data page are typical values and are not technical indicate of the

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Delamination may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Hence heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly
before use.
Storage time of more than 12 months is not recommended.

SPECIAL NOTES
The full effect of defoamer can only be obtained 24 hours after it is put into the system.

Anjeka5680A is an excellent foam inhibitor and defoamer, which has good inhibition and
elimination effect on foam generated during the manufacturing and construction of high solid and
solvent-free epoxy floor coatings. And also, it has a good inhibiting effect on foam of high
viscosity, high film thickness, and especially for solvent-free high film thickness epoxy floor coating.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.01 - 1.0%Additive dosage (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above figures are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series
of experiments.

NCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
The product added before grinding or mixing has the best foam inhibition effect. And it can also
be added after grinding, but it must be stirred evenly.
