STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0 °C. Heat to 30 °C and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool, dry place.
Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months. Transport as non-hazardous goods.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Features and Benefits:
Anjeka-5530 has strong defoaming and defoaming properties, which can reduce the foam formed during the production and processing of products in order to obtain a bubble-free glossy surface. It is very suitable for epoxy resin system.
APPLICATION SECTORS
Recommended for: anticorrosive coatings.
Application: Protective coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, coil/can coatings.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.1-1.0% Additives (in purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
For optimum performance, defoamers should be added to the grinding media prior to grinding. If added at a later stage, a high enough shear is required to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer to prevent shrinkage.
