GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-5141 is a highly effective silicone defoamer suitable for use with solvent-borne coating systems and printing inks with a polarity ranging from low to high. It is highly compatible and can be added at a later stage.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Layering and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5°C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Storage for more than 12 months is not recommended.
SPECIAL NOTES
It takes 24 hours for the defoamer to have its full effect in the system.

APPLICATION SECTORS
This product can be used for general industrial coatings, paper coatings, floor coatings and curtain-drip wood coatings. It is suitable for use with oil-free polyesters, vinyls, polyurethanes, epoxies, acid cellulose and acid-curing agents.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.1-1.0% Additives (purchased form) based on total formulation. The above data are empirical and the optimum amount should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION AND PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
For optimum performance, defoamers should be added to the grinding media prior to grinding. If added at a later stage, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer to prevent shrinkage.
