GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-5680-2 is an antifoaming and defoaming agent for high solids and high film thickness epoxy floor coatings, screen inks and UV light curing coatings.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Separation may occur at temperatures below 5°C. Warm to 20°C and mix thoroughly before use..

The full effect of the defoamer can only be obtained after 24 hours in the system.

Anjeka-5680-2 is an excellent anti-foaming and defoaming agent. It effectively inhibits and eliminates bubbles generated during the manufacturing and application of high-solid and solvent-free epoxy floor coatings. It is particularly effective in controlling bubbles in high-viscosity, high-build systems, especially solvent-free, high-build epoxy floor coatings.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
0.01-1.0% Additive dosage (in purchased form) is based on the total amount of formulation.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined through a series of tests.
INCORPORATION and PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance, addition before grinding or mixing provides the best defoaming effect. Post-addition is also possible but requires thorough mixing.
