DESCRIPTION

ANJEKA-3030 is an additive that enhances the adhesion of baking paints. It is particularly effective in improving the adhesion of paint film on aluminium or aluminium alloy and other non-ferrous metal surfaces.

Storage and transport
Store in a cool, ventilated place with tightly closed containers, away from heat and ignition sources. Store the product between 0°C and 40°C. The container in which the product is stored must not be exposed to direct heat radiation. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

Application Information/APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Characteristics and advantages
1,Significantly improves the adhesion of the paint to non-ferrous metal surfaces such as aluminium, aluminium alloy, zinc and other substrates.
2,It has the function of improving the elasticity of the paint film, improving the ductility and impact resistance.
3,Promote the cross-linking curing of resin system.
4,No discolouration after rapid baking at high temperature.
5,Excellent compatibility, compatible with almost all coating systems.
6, added to the coating system without affecting its storage stability, and does not affect the weathering of the film.

APPLICATION SECTORS
ANJEKA-3030 is suitable for solvent-borne and water-borne coating systems. Amino alkyd baking enamel, amino acrylic baking enamel, polyester coil primer, etc.

Recommended dosage/RECOMMENDED LEVELS
1.5 - 2 % (w/w) of the total amount of the coating system.
The above data are empirical and the optimum dosage should be determined by a series of tests.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIOS
Add before or after the production process.
When used in aqueous baking paints, it must be neutralised with an aqueous solution of dimethylethanolamine at a concentration of 10 - 20 % before addition.
