GENERAL DESCRIPTIONAnjeka-3040 is a specialized adhesion promoter designed for baking finish coatings. It is a phosphate ester-based additive featuring an epoxy resin backbone. The phosphate groups enable strong chemical bonding to metal surfaces, significantly enhancing the adhesion of both solvent-borne and water-borne paints to metal substrates. It performs exceptionally well on aluminum substrates, while also providing effective adhesion on cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel. Additionally, it improves paint film flexibility, ductility, impact resistance, and overall corrosion protection. This versatile additive is suitable for a wide range of coating formulations.
