GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka-3050 is a high-performance blocked acid catalyst specifically formulated for amino-crosslinked baking paint systems. It effectively accelerates the crosslinking reaction between amino resins and hydroxyl-functional polymers, allowing for substantial reductions in baking temperature and curing time while preventing defects such as wrinkling or orange peel. The blocked nature ensures excellent storage stability in one-component systems, with minimal risk of premature reaction. During formulation, grinding, and storage, maintain temperatures below 60°C to preserve catalyst latency and system integrity.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
Keep containers tightly sealed and store in a cool, well-ventilated area (10°C–30°C), avoiding contact with heat sources and direct sunlight. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. If the storage period is exceeded, performance testing should be conducted before further use; the product may continue to be used only if it meets the required specifications.
SPECIAL NOTES
Monitor for any viscosity increase in the coating system during storage.
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Characteristics and Advantages:
Anjeka-3050 performs optimally at a baking temperature of 120°C and remains effective even at temperatures as low as 90°C. This product offers excellent water dilutability and superior storage stability. It enables high-gloss finishes with cured films that resist wrinkling. It does not compromise the salt spray resistance of the coating.

Additive dosage: 0.5%–3%
