ANJEKA-6530 Polymeric dispersants agent suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems

ANJEKA-6530 is a segmented copolymer dispersant synthesized based on CPT technology. It is suitable for solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems, exhibiting excellent dispersion performance and broad compatibility with various systems. Particularly well-suited for the dispersion of floor coatings.

Storage and Transport:

Store in a cool, dry place. Thoroughly mix before use. In temperatures below 0℃, layering or turbidity may occur; heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly. Storage beyond 12 months is not recommended.

This additive promotes pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance. The small particle size resulting from deflocculation leads to high gloss and enhanced color intensity. Additionally, transparency of transparent pigments and coverage of opaque pigments are improved. The viscosity reduction enhances flow properties and increases the pigment content in color pastes.

Recommended Levels:

The following quantities are based on the ratio of dispersant solid content to pigment quantity:

Inorganic Pigments:	5 - 10%
Titanium Dioxide:	1 - 3%
Organic Pigments:	10 - 35%
Carbon Black:	15 - 75%

The above data represents empirical amounts; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.

Incorporation and Processing Instructions:

For optimal performance, incorporate the dispersant before adding pigments in the grinding stage.
