GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 
Anjeka7425 is a modified silicone-based wetting agent designed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and gloss oils. It effectively reduces surface tension, significantly enhances substrate wetting, prevents pinholes, and provides excellent defoaming and antifoaming effects.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
 
Potential layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5°C; heating to 20°C and thorough mixing is recommended. Storage for more than 12 months is not advised.
 
SPECIAL NOTES
 
Long-term stability is observed in coating systems with a pH range of 4-10. To avoid turbidity, formulations containing Anjeka7425 should include a small amount of co-solvent (approximately 5% of the total solvent content). In systems with a high co-solvent content, the effectiveness of organosilicone surfactants may decrease; in such formulations, the use of Anjeka7333 is recommended.

Features and Advantages:
 
This additive effectively reduces both static and dynamic surface tension, exhibiting high compatibility for easy blending. It enhances substrate wetting and provides outstanding defoaming and antifoaming functions. The additive does not increase surface slip. For higher surface slip, the additional use of Anjeka7333 is recommended.
 
APPLICATION SECTORS
 
This additive is recommended for all water-based coatings, printing inks, and gloss oils, requiring the addition of a small amount of co-solvent during use.
 
RECOMMENDED LEVELS
 
Add 0.05-0.5% of the additive (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The recommended levels provided are empirical, and optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
 
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive can be added at any stage of production, but it is recommended to add it in the final stages of coating production.
