GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Anjeka7425 is a modified silicone-based wetting agent designed for water-based coatings, printing inks, and gloss oils. It effectively reduces surface tension, significantly enhances substrate wetting, prevents pinholes, and provides excellent defoaming and antifoaming effects.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT
Potential layering or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5°C; heating to 20°C and thorough mixing is recommended. Storage for more than 12 months is not advised.
REMARKS
The stability of coating systems over an extended period is observed within a pH range of 4-10. To prevent turbidity, formulations that incorporate Anjeka7425 should contain a small amount of co-solvent (approximately 5% of the total solvent content). In formulations with a high co-solvent content, the efficacy of organosilicone surfactants may diminish; in such cases, it is advisable to use Anjeka7333.
APPLICATION GUIDANCE

This additive effectively diminishes both static and dynamic surface tension, demonstrating high compatibility for easy blending. It improves substrate wetting and delivers exceptional defoaming and antifoaming properties. The additive does not elevate surface slip. For increased surface slip, it is recommended to additionally use Anjeka7333."

RECOMMENDED LEVELS
Add 0.05-0.5% of the additive (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The recommended levels provided are empirical, and optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
The additive can be added at any stage of production, but it is recommended to add it in the final stages of coating production.
