GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Anjeka7425A is a propargyl alcohol-modified silicone wetting agent suitable for water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. It significantly reduces surface tension, enhances substrate wetting, effectively prevents pinholes, and exhibits excellent defoaming and antifoaming effects.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:

Possible stratification or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C; heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Long-term stability is observed in coating systems with a pH range of 4-10. To avoid turbidity, formulations with Anjeka7425 should include a small amount of co-solvent (approximately 5% of the total solvent content). In systems with a high co-solvent content, the effectiveness of organosilicone surfactants may decrease; in such formulations, the use of Anjeka7333 is recommended.

APPLICATION SECTORS:

This additive is recommended for all water-based coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes. A small amount of co-solvent is required during use.

RECOMMENDED LEVELS:

0.05-0.5% additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The optimal level should be determined through a series of experiments.

PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:

The additive can be added at any production stage, but we recommend adding it in the final production stage of the coating.
