GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Anjeka5141 is a highly efficient organosilicone defoamer designed for use in solvent-based, low to high polarity coating systems, and printing inks. It exhibits excellent compatibility and is suitable for post-addition.

STORAGE and TRANSPORT:
Possible stratification and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 °C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly before use. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTES:
The full defoaming effect may take up to 24 hours in the system after introduction.

APPLICATION SECTORS:
Can be used in general industrial coatings, paper coatings, floor coatings, and curtain-coated wood coatings. Suitable for oil-free polyester, ethylene-based, polyurethane, epoxy ester, acid cellulose, and acid-curing formulations.
RECOMMENDED LEVELS:
0.1-1.0% additive levels (as purchased) based on the total formulation. The above values are empirical; optimal levels should be determined through a series of experiments.
PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS:
For optimal performance, the defoamer should be added to the grinding material before milling. If added at a later stage, sufficient shear force is necessary to ensure good dispersion and prevent cratering.
